s127 - Overland Flow Path and Floodplain Removal

Karna took over from a previous engineer to re-evaluate the flooding effecting the property. We led an s127 RC amendment which reduced the floor levels for each lot from by 400mm, as well as removed all flooding & overland flow path conditions from the approved RC. This created significant cost savings and aesthetic improvements including - changed from subfloor to slab foundations, smoother driveway levels and reduced block wall heights. Karna then led the construction monitoring and final site signoffs to get titles for each lot. Refer to our pictures to see the removed RC conditions.
